"Falling in Love Once again" is the sixth track on Swedish vocalist Eagle-Eye Crimson's debut studio anthology, Desireless (1997). It was released as the anthology'southward third single in 1998 in Europe. Following the success of "Save This night", information technology was given a N American radio release in Feb 1999. The vocal reached number eight on the UK Singles Chart and peaked inside the top 50 in France, Iceland, and Republic of ireland. Although the song charted in Canada and its music video received rotation on VH1,[1] it did not announced on whatever US Billboard chart. The song's music video was directed past Stéphane Sednaoui.[ii]
Critical reception [edit]
U.k. trade paper Music Week called Crimson's vocals on the vocal "crisp" and "uncomplicated".[3] Chuck Taylor of Billboard magazine described the song as "dangerously like" to "Save This night" but noted the casual differences that fabricated the song unique, asking for a more "daring" follow-up striking.[4]

Unlike Red's get-go two singles—"Save Tonight" and "When Mermaids Weep"—"Falling in Honey Once more" did not chart within the peak threescore in his native Sweden.[five] On 4 July 1998, the song debuted on the Netherlands' Unmarried Acme 100 chart and peaked at number 70 two weeks later.[half-dozen] In September, it entered the Icelandic Singles Nautical chart and rose to number 27 on two October.[vii] Later that calendar month, it appeared on the French and German language charts, attaining a peak of number 48 in the former country and number 81 in the latter.[eight] [9]
On 2 November 1998, the track was released in the United Kingdom and debuted at its tiptop of number eight on 8 November, condign Red's second and terminal top-ten hit on the UK Singles Nautical chart.[10] In neighbouring Ireland, it charted at number 23,[11] while on the Eurochart Hot 100, it debuted at number 21.[12] After "Save This night" became a striking in the United States and Canada, "Falling in Love Again" was serviced to North American radio stations starting in February 1999. Despite charting on the Canadian RPM Adult Contemporary listing at number 90,[xiii] information technology did not appear on any US Billboard chart.[xiv]
